Our practice first started in Southwest Florida over 10 years ago, and the three named partners have over 75 years combined experience practicing in the insurance claims arena.
We focus our practice on helping businesses and homeowners with the property damage insurance claims when the insurance companies either underpay the claim or deny it altogether. We cover all of Florida with offices in Naples and Miami.
We are not a general practice law firm. We specialize only in the property damage insurance claims recovery arena. All of the named partners were former insurance defense attorneys representing most of the major insurance companies doing business in SW Florida so we are very familiar with the policies and practices of the claims departments of the various carriers.
