It’s not hard to be a Yankee Fan. Just root for the team that wins all the time. Well, mostly. The Yankees have run across a lot of L’s lately and perhaps the fans that are used to always winning are getting a little anxious. They have won the last two, but the AL East lead is down to 8 games. Fortunately, the league has expanded the playoff format so winning the division isn’t as big a deal as it used to be.

Let’s get to the fun stuff. My favorite part of the show.  Is it possible that when the fans act crazy, the Yankees play better? Case in point, all the stupidity that went down last night? 4-2 win over the Mets.

I don’t remember much about the game because of all the ‘other stuff’. I get distracted easily. Case in point. This Yankee Fan who rushed the field only to be tackled within seconds, fights the arrest, gets pummeled, then led away.

  • No long chase here

  • Another angle

Now, if that wasn’t enough to give us a pause from the game, what was this guy doing in the stands?

  • The Beer-Hot Dog Straw

  • Did I just see that?
