GAME 1: Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders, Sunday, January 6th

Best Bet: Total points OVER 49.5

Yes, I heard all the rumors flying around there. If the Jags win, all these teams have to do is tie and they are both in. Well, I just can’t see the Colts losing two weeks in a row (even with them not winning in Jacksonville since 2014).

Last time these teams matched up, the Chargers came away with a 28-14 victory, but the flow of the game was just odd. The Raiders couldn’t seem to run the ball with the Chargers ranking almost dead last in rushing defense.

With this game being flexed to Sunday Night Football, I fully expect an old-fashioned Carr vs Herbert shootout with tons of points being scored.

Allegiant Stadium will be rocking.

Best Prop:  Josh Jacobs to score TD (-135)

As I stated above, the Chargers are simply not good at defending the run. The Raiders know this and will be attacking the Chargers front five early on.

Look for Jacobs to get an early opportunity with a chance to cash this early in the first.

His volume of carries is trending in the right direction as well with him getting 27 carries last week. Along with that, Waller has a shot to play which will open things up as well.

Game 2 – Washington Football Team at New York Giants, Sunday January 7th

Let’s make this clear. The Giants stink. They have had trouble with basically every aspect of the game throughout the season. They have scored 3,10, and 6 in their last weeks. They simply cannot score the football.

Neither team have anything to play for, but given this line, it’s nearly impossible not to take.

This might be one of the lower scoring games of the week, but I see this being at least a 7 or 10 point win for the Football Team.
