New University Of Miami Coach Mario Cristobal Just Spent $7.9 Million On A Mansion
The University Of Miami signed Mario Cristobal back on December 6th with a 10 year, 80 million dollar contract. It looks like coach has finally gotten around to finding a place to live, a 7.9 million dollar mansion in Coral Gables just down the street from A-Rod's house.
According to Brobible, "When Mario Cristobal signed his $80 million contract with the Miami Hurricanes he immediately became one of the highest-paid coaches in college football. His $8 million/year salary has him ranked as the 7th highest-paid coach in the land, sandwiched between TAMU’s Jimbo Fisher ($7.5M/yr) and Clemson’s Dabo Swinney ($8.370M). The U is putting a lot of money down on the coach, who's biggest win is the 2019 Rose Bowl with Oregon. But that's what they need to do, the Hurricanes have only played in one major bowl game in the last 14 years or so.
So let's see it. let's have at look at what a coach at "The U" can buy with one year's salary.
