NATIONAL REFRESHMENT DAY: BEER

NATIONAL REFRESHMENT DAY: BEER

National refreshment day: Beer . That's right. Beer. I know it's about 100 degrees everywhere in the country. Some places it's even hotter. Now, bak when we were kids playing outside on a hot day we'd just drink water out of the hose in the backyard. It was as cool and refreshing as anything else. Perhaps, as we grew older, we might fancy a carbonated beverage, an ice tea or lemonade. As we grew older still, we discovered there is another refreshing liquid on a hot summer day: Beer.
That's right. Whether chilling out at the beach or finishing a hard day of yard work, or sitting in the sun at the ballpark, nothing beats an ice cold crisp beer!

So, on national refreshment day, we will celebrate beer with beer trivia on Wiki-Pete-ia today on the Shemon and Sheppard Show on ESPN Southwest Florida. We play Wiki-Pete-ia everyday at 4:45ish for prizes. Just be lucky caller number 9 at 239-337-ESPN or 239-337-3776 and play. If you are not lucky enough to be caller number 9, then impress your friends and family by playing at work or at home as we have provided the questions and answers below. National refreshment day: Beer. The drink of champions! Enjoy and good luck!
