Cubs And Cardinals Fans Work Together To Complete Rare Multi-Deck Beer Cup Snake.
Last weekend the Cubs and Cardinals would end up splitting the four game series, 2 games each. The real excitement was in the stands as the Cubs fans and some Cardinals fans in attendance were able to pull off a spectacular feat. The ultra-rare multi deck beer cup snake. We're gonna need a math expert to get an idea on just how many cups were needed to make this, but we're looking at several hundred dollars worth. Thousands even. Cubs fans are dedicated, beers at Wrigley are $9.75 per, which makes it the fourth most expensive MLB stadium to get drunk at. So this feat cannot be taken lightly.
Just some background on why this mega beer cup snake is so impressive. According to Brobible, "Last week, during the first game of the series at Wrigley Field, a bunch of fans banded together to create a fantastic beer cup pyramid. It consisted of approximately 70 beer cups and reached a very impressive nine levels high."
Until an usher ruined the fun
The Cubs Beer Snake is not new
This is video from last year, impressive, but only stretching the length of a single deck.
And then last night, they connected the decks with beer cups
At one point in the video you can see an usher trying to step in and ruin the fun, but was ignored.
It was glorious, almost biblical

The beers are cheaper:
The Price of Beer at Every Major League Baseball Stadium
but it's gonna be harder to find enough people to drink that much. Not sure anyone outdrinks a Cubs fan.
