One of America’s biggest food festivals, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival is returning to Miami next month.

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is an event I got to experience for the first time last year, and I can't wait to go back. There were a lot of highlights, but I think one of the best was doing shots with Guy Fieri! You may have seen photos from the event, perhaps even coverage on Food Network. But you can be there yourself February 22-25. When I say it’s one of America’s biggest, it's no exaggeration. There are over 105 events, Food Network stars, musicians and over 500 chefs and industry professionals.

If you're a Food Network fan, there are a lot of names you'll recognize who will be in attendance. Rachael Ray, Guy Fieri, Aarón Sánchez, Bobby Flay, Katie Lee, Jeff Mauro, Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Robert Irvine just to name a few. Some events are already sold out and are selling quickly. However, there are tickets still available for some of them and for the Grand Tasting as well. Last year I did both Foodie Con and The Cookout with Chef JJ Johnson. AMAZING food, great atmosphere and being able to see so many chefs in person I've long watched on TV was just the coolest experience.

And while this festival offers a variety of dinners, parties, brunches and walk-around tastings, it also raises money for a great cause. All net proceeds from the festival benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University. To date, over $37 million has been raised for the school.
