It's a new year and there's a new show now playing at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre: Elvis- A Musical Revolution.
Over the last year, I've had the pleasure of seeing many different shows at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Fort Myers. I never thought of myself as a musical girl, but that has definitely changed after seeing so many amazing performances. Last year I saw Sister Act, Footloose, Murder on the Orient Express, The Little Mermaid, Elf and now, Elvis. I was invited to opening night and absolutely loved it.
If you're a fan of the King of Rock and Roll, this is one musical you will not want to miss. It goes back to Elvis's childhood and takes you through his musical career. I loved that it really shows how Elvis was the first of his kind and the impact his music had on music's history. And speaking of music, there is SO much. I think more than most musicals I've seen so far. And I have to give major props to William Draper, the actor who plays Elvis. I can only imagine after seeing him perform how much he had to watch and listen to Elvis to get not only his sound, but his movements and mannerisms down. I was blown away.

Estero Is Looking Forward To 2024 Events At Hertz Arena
It's a new year and that means a new line up of talent and entertainment is coming with events at Hertz Arena in 2024. Get ready Estero, they've got some awesome shows coming our way.
Last year will be hard to beat, especially for the country and Latin music fans in Southwest Florida.
I went to several shows at Hertz Arena in 2023. Some standouts were definitely Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion. As you can obviously tell, I am a country music fan. I'll be honest, I tend to prefer the smaller audiences at shows in venues like Hertz Arena, over stadium shows in Tampa or Miami. Concession lines aren't as long, you can get into the bathroom and there might be a small t-shirt left at the merch table when the show ends. And don't even get me started with parking lots at big shows. If you drive you'll sit for a while to exit and if you don't, finding an Uber is next to impossible.

Events at Hertz Arena In 2024
Hertz Arena in 2024 has something for all ages coming up this year. Of course, we have the Florida Everblades games, which are always a local favorite in my opinion. We have musical acts, family shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney On Ice, and several comedians making their way to Estero throughout the entire year. With the summer calendar pretty much bare, we can certainly expect some new show announcements in the coming months.
