Architectural Digest surveyed 1,000 fans who attended the first leg of the Eras Tour in the U.S. about their concert expenses and tour experiences. They also used data from Redfin comparing home prices before and after the tour came to each city. The analysis revealed that home prices rose an average of 2.1 percent in every city where Taylor performed.
Taylor Swift came to Florida and visited Tampa with her Eras Tour in April 2023. Tampa experienced the 2nd biggest real estate bump at 8.2%, behind Atlanta which saw 8.8%. 1 in 5 Swifties who traveled to Tampa to see her in concert said that because of their experience, they'd be interested in moving there.
