Wide Receivers are the new Running Backs of Football. Back in the day any football coach or fan would tell you the secret of success is to have a great running game and a solid defense. Grinding out wins the hard way was was the plan. Run the ball. Run out the clock. Get stops on defense. That was the winning formula. We might argue that is still the way to play winning football with a lead and less than four minutes to go in a game. But for the rest of the game? Air it out! Throw the ball. Get an accurate quarterback with an offensive line that can hold off the defense and led your speedy wide receivers run wild. That's the way to win football games in 2023.
ALL TYPES
Great receivers come in all shapes, sizes and speeds. Some are a little slower but they are big strong targets a quarterback can throw to in a jam. They are known as possession receivers. Others are crazy fast. The Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill may be the the fastest man in the NFL. If he gets the ball in the open field, nobody can catch him. Arguably, he might be the MVP of this season, frankly.
While we are on the subject of Wide Receivers, on this day in 1992, the greatest receiver of all time, Jerry Rice, reached another milestone at Candlestick Park. He caught his NFL record 101st touchdown in a 27-3 win over the Miami Dolphins. With that in mind we will have Wide Receiver Trivia today on Craig Shemon and Company on ESPN Southwest Florida. Good Luck!

I happen to be a woman who really enjoys the game. It all began when I started playing Fantasy football and when my kids began to play flag football.
Fantasy gave me a reason to care about all of the games and not just the Miami Dolphins games, which haven't always been the most fun to watch, until this season.
Now that I pay more attention to the games, I'm finding myself paying even more attention to the sidelines. Not for the players, but for the coaches! I mean have you seen some of these coaches?
I shared my list of the hottest NFL coaches ahead of the Super Bowl in 2022 and I thought it was time to update. If you're not into football, no worries. You don't really have to care about the game itself to enjoy this list. And, you should be well aware about what you could be missing out on, on the sidelines.
As I said with my last list of hottest NFL Coaches, there's no real methodology here, although swagger and presentation did come into play. And apparently it doesn't hurt to have a beard. So, without further ado, here is my list of the Top 10 Hottest NFL Coaches of 2023: Ranked.
