Meet Timothy Allen Hogue, a guy from Davenport Florida who recently added a wild chapter to his life story. Imagine this: a man with a neck tattoo saying "All Gas, No Brakes" decides to live up to it by getting into a high-speed chase with the police. Spoiler alert: it doesn't end well.
According to NBC6 Miami, Hogue and his partner in crime, Rebecca Kozub, took a joyride in a cool 2006 Cadillac CTS, allegedly trying to break into cars in an Orlando neighborhood. The whole thing plays out like a badly made action movie - the white Cadillac races through the streets, dodging the law like they're action heroes.
Now, you'd think a tattoo saying "All Gas, No Brakes" would be more of a metaphor. But no, Hogue took it literally. When a deputy tried to stop them, Hogue hit the gas, leaving the police behind. The deputy wisely decided not to chase them, probably thinking, "Let's not make this crazier."
It gets better. Our dynamic duo ends up crashing into a parked car. Luckily, no one was in that car, but Hogue and Kozub had to be pulled out of their wrecked ride. Maybe the "No Brakes" part of Hogue's tattoo was more accurate than he thought.
After the chaos, Hogue spilled the beans to detectives, blaming the whole thing on Kozub and saying he ran because he "just freaked out." Well, Timothy, it looks like your tattoo isn't just for show.
To top it all off, Hogue is now facing a bunch of charges - burglary, theft, fleeing the scene, drug possession, and more. Meanwhile, Kozub, nursing a fractured leg, is probably regretting her choices as she faces legal trouble.
In Sheriff Grady Judd's words, "Fleeing from a law enforcement traffic stop shows very poor decision-making." No arguments there, Sheriff. The real question is, why did it take 31 felonies for Hogue to realize that a tattoo about being reckless might not be the best life advice?
