How Teachers, First Responders and Military Can Get A Free Cruise

A Florida cruise line is giving teachers, first responders and military members a free cruise through 2023.

Margaritaville at Sea, based in Palm Beach, is offering a free three day, two night cruise to The Bahamas. It's the ‘Heroes Sail Free’ promotion and it runs through Dec. 29, 2023, so you have plenty of time to get booked. Any teacher, first responder, veteran or active duty military is eligible, as long as employment can be verified through the GovX ID platform.

On Margaritaville at Sea there's a gym and a spa offering services like massages, body wraps, facials and mani/pedi's for both men and women. There's also gourmet dining options like the WB Prime Steakhouse and the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill. There's a casino on board and a Jimmy Buffet themed show called "Jimmy’s Ship Show”, based on his book "Tales From Margaritaville".

Margaritaville at Sea does offer child care, excursions like a dolphin swim, swim with the pigs and beach days. And of course on vacation you'll want to get your drink on, so beverage packages are available as well.

Today is National Beer Lovers Day and it's so cool that here in Southwest Florida we have a lot of breweries to celebrate, over 20 of them in fact.
