2020 sees Tampa Bay's Jameis Winston heading into free agency for the first time in his NFL career. Calling him 'the biggest boom-or-bust QB in football", CBS Sports has the top free agent landing spots for the former no.1 overall draft pick.

While the Buccaneers have plenty of options for QBs in free agency, they seem the most likely fit for Winston. CBS Sports says there's also a possibility that the Raiders could cut Derek Carr in the off season for Winston, if bigger names like Tom Brady and Philip Rivers decline to join the team.

With plenty of cap space, the Colts could also use Winston as starting QB and send Jacoby Brissett to a backup role.
