Four-time Pro-Bowl pass rusher Everson Griffen has opted out of his Vikings contract with three years left.
A clause in Griffen's contract allowed him to void the deal three years early if he played in 57% of the snaps last season and deliver at least six sacks, according to CBS Sports. Griffen ended the 2019 season with 15 starts and 8 sacks.
