The most valuable franchise in the NBA? It's not the Lakers or the Warriors - but the lowly Knicks.

According to Forbes, the Knicks are valued at $4.6 billion - more than double the average team valuation of $2.1 billion.

The Lakers came in second at $4.4 billion, followed closely by the Warriors at $4.3 billion. The Bulls and Celtics rounded out the top five.

Lowest on the list were the New Orleans Pelicans at $1.35 billion and Memphis Grizzlies at $1.3 billion.
