George Kittle just did something fantastic for the family of an Army vet that was killed in Iraq.
The 49ers tight end announced that he'd gifted the family two tickets to see his team take on the Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
The head of the family, Army Sargeant Martin "Mick" LaMar, was shot and killed on January 15, 2011, which also happened to be his wedding anniversary and the day he was supposed to return home from Iraq.
"It's a special privilege to be able to team up with USAA and TAPS to award a trip to the Super Bowl to Sargeant LaMar's family in recognition of his military service and paying the ultimate sacrifice in service of our country," Kittle said about the gift.
