Falcons Want To Make Julio Jones The Highest-Paid Receiver

Michael Thomas is the highest-paid receiver in NFL history after signing a 5-year, $100 million contract extension earlier this week. But his stay at the top might be a brief one.

Now that Thomas has signed, the Atlanta Falcons are reportedly ready to pay Julio Jones even more money.

Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff told reporters that Jones should be "the highest-paid receiver in the league" and said an extension is "right around the corner".
