Another Boxer Dies From Injuries Suffered In The Ring
For the second time this week, a professional boxer has died from injuries suffered in the ring.
23-year-old Hugo "Dinamita" Santillan of Argentina was injured during a bout with Eduardo Abreu on Saturday, suffering a nosebleed in the fourth round and passing out immediately after the fight. He died Thursday after undergoing surgery for a clot in the brain.
Earlier this week, Russian boxer Maxim Dadashev died after suffering brain damage in a fight last Friday.
