Adam Silver Wants To Change Free Agency Rules
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says the league has "work to do" on its free agency rules.
Speaking at the league's annual board of governors meeting, Silver suggested that the league needed to address widespread tampering and trade demands the commissioner called 'disheartening'.
This year, a huge number of NBA free agents signed within a couple of hours of the official start of free agency, making it obvious that behind-the-scenes discussions were taking place.
