HR Derby Field Is The Youngest Ever

Tonight's MLB Home Run Derby will feature some of the best young sluggers in the game - in fact, it's the youngest Derby lineup ever.

The average age of the Derby's eight contestants is just 25.43 - with Carlos Santana the only one over the age of 30. The Blue Jays' Vlad Guerrero Jr. and the Braves' Ronald Acuna are the youngest at 20 and 21, respectively.

While Santana may be the old man of the group, he also has home field advantage - The longtime Indians slugger has hit 97 home runs at Progressive Field during his career. But Pirates first baseman Josh Bell is considered the favorite, with Vegas listing him at +350 to win.

The Home Run Derby airs tonight at 8pm on ESPN.
