Suspended Cowboys DE To Apply For Reinstatement

Suspended Cowboys DE Randy Gregory will reportedly apply for reinstatement in the hopes he'll be able to return in time for training camp next month.

Back in February, Gregory was suspended indefinitely after failing a drug test for the fourth time in his four-year NFL career.

The Dallas Morning News reports that Gregory will submit his application in the next week to 10 days, but that it 'appears unlikely' that the suspension would be lifted.

The Cowboys signed veteran pass rusher Robert Quinn to help bolster their pass rush with Gregory out.
