It’s barely July and the Red Sox are already way behind the Yankees, in second place 13 games back. The Yankees are absolutely dominating the division this year and they’re coming to Boston for a four game series starting this Thursday. But Red Sox fans going to the game on July 4th got an early taste of New York.  ESPN is promoting their Derek Jeter documentary “The Captain” which airs July 18th and they chose to do so in Boston by putting a billboard right outside Fenway Park. This is the kind of marketing I love. Ha.
