Queen Releases New Version of ‘We Are The Champions’ to Raise Money for COVID-19 Relief

Adam Lambert and Brian May

After sharing the performance on Instagram nearly two weeks ago, Queen + Adam Lambert have officially released their new version of "We Are The Champions" in an effort to raise funds for COVID-19 relief.

Embedded below is a new performance video, which also features images of empty landmarks all over the world and healthcare workers on the frontlines. The video was captioned on YouTube with, "Innovatively collaborating via Instagram between London, Cornwall and Los Angeles, Brian May, Roger Taylor and Adam Lambert in their respective homes recorded a spontaneous new version of Queen’s classic anthem with some subtle changes. The result, now finished off, mixed and mastered, is being released under a new title ["You Are The Champions"] - all proceeds going towards Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for The World Health Organization."

"You Are The Champions" is now available through all major digital platforms here.
