
It’s that time of the week again. Shemon and Sheppard Wednesday Wisdom Fun Facts for 12/14 at 5:30pm. Most of you know by now that this is one of our most fun segments of the week. I try to find the most amusing and entertaining fun facts that you will enjoy. They are not all family friendly at times I will admit but for the most part it’s fun for all ages.

1992 – LA Raiders safety Eddie Anderson sets a Monday Night Football record with a 102 yard Int Ret TD off Dan Marino, the Raiders’ only score in a 20-7 loss to Miami.
2007 – After starting their season with a stunning upset of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Appalachian State claims its third straight FCS National Championship with a 49-21 win over Delaware at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, TN. The Mountaineers were the first team to win three straight Division I-AA/FCS National Championships.
2011 – Chris Paul was traded from the New Orleans Hornets to the Los Angeles Clippers, just days after a trade that would have sent him to the Lakers was vetoed by commissioner David Stern.
