One Yankee Fan Gets Pummeled By Security While Another Fan Hallows Out A Hot Dog And Uses It As A ‘Beer Straw’

It's not hard to be a Yankee Fan. Just root for the team that wins all the time. Well, mostly. The Yankees have run across a lot of L's lately and perhaps the fans that are used to always winning are getting a little anxious. They have won the last two, but the AL East lead is down to 8 games. Fortunately, the league has expanded the playoff format so winning the division isn't as big a deal as it used to be.

Let's get to the fun stuff. My favorite part of the show.  Is it possible that when the fans act crazy, the Yankees play better? Case in point, all the stupidity that went down last night? 4-2 win over the Mets.

I don't remember much about the game because of all the 'other stuff'. I get distracted easily. Case in point. This Yankee Fan who rushed the field only to be tackled within seconds, fights the arrest, gets pummeled, then led away.

No long chase here

Now, if that wasn't enough to give us a pause from the game, what was this guy doing in the stands?

The Beer-Hot Dog Straw

Did I just see that?

The Price of Beer at Every Major League Baseball Stadium

Summer is nearly here and it's time to plan those summer trips. Maybe you plan to catch a game at an out of town stadium? Maybe I'm in Estero and every Major League Baseball stadium is out of town for me? That's actually a lot more true. How much is an Uber round trip to Tampa?

So what about grabbing a beer at an out of town ballpark? Por que no los dos? But how much is it? In some research done by Vinepair, the price of beer varies greatly across the stadiums. And the price of a beer seems to be totally unrelated to how good the team is. The Rockies are playing above .500 ball and they have the lowest priced beer on this list. They could charge more. The Yankees are charging 6 bucks and the fans are throwing them in the outfield. Maybe a lower priced option should be available? The Reds have no business charging for beer at all. They should make beer free to anyone willing to buy a ticket. And the beer should be brought to me. With peanuts. Enough with the conjecture. Let's analyze the price of beer at each of the Major League Baseball stadiums.

Pretty simple, team name, lowest beer price, fun picture.
