The Covid-19 pandemic has changed Americans and they're attitude towards their job. This led to what some have called "The Great Resignation". Employees must now have a different viewpoint and different levels of expectations that they have for their employees. Bosses  must now motivate talent and pursue corporate profits amid a sensitive political landscape and a whole new approach to careers.
