Round 1 of the NFL Draft is in the books and 32 guys now know where they'll be playing football this season. COVID threw a wrench into the NFL Draft spectacle the past couple of years, but by the looks of it, the flair is back. I mean, they held the draft in Vegas so as a player, you had to bring your "A" game. These men have already proved their worth on the field, but how about their worth on the stage. They're all great players, that's why they're here.
But now let's judge them on how great they look. Let's see the suits, the watches, the big chains. Let's show the style. Let's take a look at round one of the NFL Draft and how good the players looked. And also, some big missed opportunities to shine. I kinda was hoping for more Prada, and less hoodies.
1. Jaguars: Travon Walker, EDGE, Georgia
Ripped white jeans and a blue jacket hanging out at home.
2. Lions: Aidan Hutchinson, EDGE, Michigan
Very sleek look.
3. Texans: Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU
At home in a white t-shirt
4. Jets: Ahmad "Sauce'' Gardner, CB, Cincinnati
Did he match his suit to the logo? That's classy. He earned that nickname.
5. Giants: Kayvon Thibodeaux, EDGE, Oregon
He was too scared to play Ohio State, but not too scared for this. Dude looks amazing.
6. Panthers: Ikem Ekwonu, OT, NC State
Love the white, but I'm always afraid to eat or drink anything when I'm in all white. Maybe he got one of those Tide sticks in his pocket. Just in case.
7. Giants: Evan Neal, OT, Alabama
Love the Lake O pics in the jacket.
8. Falcons: Drake London, WR, USC
I'd have gone with different shoes, but you know, comfort is important too.
9. Seahawks: Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi St.
This look pops. It works.
10. Jets: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio St.
I'm a big fan of GW, but I'm not sure what's happening here.
11. Saints (from Commanders): Chris Olave, WR, Ohio St.
Classic look.
12. Lions (from Vikings): Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
That red pops.
13. Eagles (from Texans): Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia
I don't know what's up with the red stripe, but I like it.
14. Ravens: Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame
Nice clean look.
15. Texans (from Eagles): Kenyon Green, G, Texas A&M
I got nothing.
16. Commanders (from Saints): Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn St.
With the fam.
17. Chargers: Zion Johnson, G, Boston College
A nice look, gotta work on fixing that tie. It'll come.
18. Titans (from Eagles) Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
Looking amazing, and spending the night next to your Grandmom. Love it.
19. Saints: Trevor Penning, Northern Iowa, OT
Now he got first round money to buy new hoodies.
20. Steelers: Kenny Pickett, QB, Pittsburgh
Pretty basic suit. But I love this moment:
21. Chiefs (from Patriots): Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington
Nice and classy. Lot of starch on that collar.
22. Packers: Quay Walker, LB, Georgia
Black tshirt, at home with the fam.
23. Bills (from Ravens via Cardinals): Kaiir Elam, CB, Florida
He dressed like I dress when I come to work. But man, dude looks excited to be going to Buffalo.
24. Cowboys: Tyler Smith, OT, Tulsa
He kinda look like he was getting ready for bed.
25. Ravens (from Bills): Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa
At home with a hoodie. I live in Florida and forget that it's still cold up north.
26. Jets (from Titans): Jermaine Johnson II, EDGE, Florida State
Yessssssss.
27. Jaguars (from Buccaneers): Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
Love that purple.
28. Packers: Devonte Wyatt, DT, Georgia
Can't find anything on him. Like half his team got drafted in Round 1.
29. Patriots (from Chiefs) Cole Strange, G, Chattanooga
I have no pics. I don't think anyone was ready. Including Cole.
30. Chiefs: George Karlaftis, EDGE, Purdue
I have the same black suit. It's good for weddings, funerals, really any event.
31. Bengals: Daxton Hill, S, Michigan
He had every hat ready. Love his prep work.
32. Vikings (from Lions): Lewis Cine, S, Georgia
