Back in the 1985-86 season the Bears where one of the most dominating teams in the history of the league.  They were lead by their famed 46 defense with guys like Richard Dent and William the Refrigerator Perry.  The Bears had no shortage of superstars with Walter Payton and Head Coach Mike Ditka.  The Patriots were a team just lucky to be at the Super Bowl.  They were barely a Wild Card team and had to fight their way to the big game by winning three straight road games in the post season.
