What kid of a gift wrapper are you? I have friends who go to great lengths to make their gifts look like works of art. At least it appears as if they do. The packages themselves are so beautiful, you almost hate to tear into them. I’ve recently discovered that achieving a professional looking wrap job might not be as hard as once thought. Here are 5 gorgeous gift wrapping tips for the holidays and for TikTok Tuesday.

Sure, you can put everything you buy into gift bags. It’s an easy, yet uninventive way to give gifts and there is nothing wrong with it. I do it all of the time. But wow do I like receiving a present that someone took great care to wrap and make look special. It’s like receiving a second gift.

Me last year after thinking I had accopmplished so much by putting gifts into bags. Super efficient but kind of lazy at the same time.

I found some easy gift wrapping tips

While surfing my social media outlets waiting on a flight over the weekend, I found some impressive gift wrapping tips. I was surprised at how easy some of these DIY wrap hacks appear to be. Especially for some of those gifts that are not standard size such as a stuffed animal, a coffee mug, wine bottle or even baseball cap. When I try to wrap things like this, it looks like a 6-year-old got into a fight with a roll of paper and some tape.
