Heading into week 1 of the NFL Season, see where Craig ranks your favorite team. Cowboys fans should be excited with this list- Bears fans, not so much.
33. Miami Dolphins
ShareLeast talent roster in the league. Tank for Tua is officially the game plan.
31. Cincinnati Bengals (0-2, L 41-17 vs. SF)
ShareIs there a less interesting team in the league?
26. New York Giants (+4)
ShareLast week: lost 35-17 to Dallas. Saquon is fantastic- now I want to see Daniel Jones behind center to see what the future of the Giants looks like
29. Arizona Cardinals
ShareKyler Murray will scramble for his life…all season.
28. Tennessee Titans
ShareMake or break year for Marcus Mariota with Ryan Tannehill waiting in the wings
15. Buffalo Bills (2-0; W 28-14 @ NYG)
ShareThey won the New York State Championship! On top of that, they have the best QB in the state. But seriously, the defense is legit.
26. Oakland Raiders
ShareAntonio Brown will produce on the field. Will he tear up the team off the field? Another season for Derek Carr and John Gruden should spell success
25. Green Bay Packers
ShareYeah they have Aaron Rodgers, but little else. Also, how will the new offense look under Matt LaFleur?
24. Washington Redskins
ShareNo direction following Alex Smith’s catastrophic injury. They drafted haskins in the 1st round, but has been underwhelming this preseason
22. Indianapolis Colts (+1)
ShareLast week: lost to LA Chargers 30-24 (OT). The Colts put forth an impressive display in the OT road loss. Too bad for them Adam Vinatieri looked his age.
25. Chicago Bears (-3)
ShareLast week: lost to Green Bay 10-3. The defense is still really good. It is now a waiting game to see if Trubisky is the guy to lead this team back to the playoffs.
29. Denver Broncos (0-2, L 16-14 vs. CHI))
ShareWhat is this team's identity? Joe Flacco is the perfect embodiment of the Broncos
27. New York Jets (-7)
ShareLast week: Lost to Buffalo 17-16. Le'Veon Bell was good for the Gang Green, but that was about it. they blew a big lead to Josh Allen... yes, Josh Allen.
13. San Francisco 49ers (2-0; W 41-17 @ CIN)
ShareThis looks like it will be a good defense, and Jimmy G showed some good signs in week 2
T30. Detroit Lions (-12)
ShareLast week: Tied Arizona 27-27. Can't blow an 18 point lead in the 4th quarter with a defensive head coach.
28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-11)
ShareLast week: Lost to San Francisco 31-17. Jameis threw 2 pick 6's that proved to be the difference in the game
11. Baltimore Ravens (+5)
ShareLast week: beat Miami 59-10. They looked great, but I don't know how much to put into a win against the Dolphins. Should be another win this weekend against the Cardinals.
10. Minnesota Vikings (+5)
ShareLast week: beat Atlanta 28-12. One of the most complete performances of the weekend; offense and defense suffocated Atlanta.
14. Carolina Panthers
ShareIf Cam can return to MVP form, this is a Super Bowl contender.
12. Seattle Seahawks (+1)
ShareLast week: beat Cincinnati 21-20. A win is a win, but they were unimpressive in the 1 point win. They are on notice for next week.
12. Atlanta Falcons
ShareThis Atlanta roster seems like it's been together for years, and feels tired and played. The O-line should be improved, and the D should be healthy this season
11. Cleveland Browns
ShareBaker Mayfield says the hype is real, but will that result in wins on the field
8. Los Angeles Rams (+2)
ShareLast week: beat Carolina 30-27. An underrated win going across country for a 1 o'clock kickoff and win against a decent Panthers team.
7. Los Angeles Chargers (+2)
ShareLast week beat: Indianapolis 30-24 in OT. Good win against the Colts. Seems like they're not missing Melvin Gordon... yet.
8. Jacksonville Jaguars
ShareThe defense is elite- maybe the best in the league. If Nick Foles can steady the ship on offense, the Jags could make a series run at the Super Bowl.
14. Pittsburgh Steelers (-7)
ShareLast week: lost to New England 33-3. That was embarrassing for Steelers nation. Maybe the team isn't better without Antonio Brown.
4. Philadelphia Eagles (+2)
ShareLast week: beat Washington 32-17. Two words: DeSean Jackson. Looks like Carson has a new toy to play with this season. Philly lacked the deep play threat last year- they got that now.
5. Dallas Cowboys
ShareBig expectation in Dallas this season. Especially with Zeke signed
4. Houston Texans
ShareThe Clowney and Tunsil trades we're terrible. That being said, this years version of the Texans is still LOADED on both sides of the ball
3. New England Patriots
ShareTom Brady has to fall off eventually.... right? Until then, New England will be firmly planted in the top-5 throughout the season.
2. New Orleans Saints
ShareThe last two seasons have ended in heartbreak for the Saints. Got to make the most of BRees in his final seasons
1. Kansas City Chiefs
ShareTwo word: Patrick Mahomes... nuff said
