This week on the Other Identity they talk about the most recent movie released in the DCEU, Birds of Prey. The film has had the worst opening weekend of any DC movie. Robbie and Ben discuss what they liked about it, what they’d change and what was just down right bad. They also preview some of the upcoming comic book movies that are must see. Both Black Widow and Wonder Woman 1984 are due out this summer. Black Widow is set to wrap up the story of Natasha Romanov in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While, Wonder Woman 1984 is continuing the story of Diana Prince after we last saw her in her debut origin movie.
Plus, Robbie has a conspiracy about the future of Sony’s cinematic universe and how Spider-Man will fit into it. Since the fall out of the last MarvelSony deal, fans are speculated and wondered how a shared universe may work. What if they don’t plan on sharing their universes but instead making more? The key ingredients may have been hiding in the past this whole time.
