Cowardly Caitlin Clark Teammates Ignore Assault
Cowardly Caitlin Clark teammates on the Indiana Fever WNBA basketball team completely ignored the fact that Chennedy Carter body checked Clark to the floor this weekend in a game against the Chicago Sky. Making matters worse was Clark’s former college rival Angel Reese celebrating the assault from the sideline.
Nobody came to Clark’s defense. Not one player went after Carter. Not one!
If that were an NBA game and all out melee would have ensued. If Steph Curry had been cheap-shotted like that, Draymond Green, whether he was in the game or not, would have been on the floor immediately to remedy the situation. You want to go “old school?” How would Bill Laimbeer and the Pistons have reacted to Isiah Thomas getting knocked down? You know how that would have gone! Heck, Thomas may have retaliated before his teammates jumped in.
COWARDLY CAITLIN CLARK TEAMMATES
Maybe, Clark’s teammates are jealous of the attention she gets or they don’t like her. That’s still no reason to ignore Carter’s actions.
By the way, since many of you never heard of Chennedy Carter before this weekend, here is a thumbnail bio: She calls herself “Hollywood.” She was the 4th pick in the 2020 draft by Atlanta. In 2021, Atlanta cut her (a first round pick!) because she allegedly threatened to beat up teammates. In 2022 the LA Sparks picked her up but cut her mid-season for exhibiting “poor conduct.” In 2023, nobody in the WNBA wanted her so she played overseas in Turkey. In 2024 she assaulted Clark in her 7th game with the Sky.
She clearly won’t be in the WNBA much longer but Clark will be. So, back to the cowardly Caitlin Clark teammates… they might not be around much longer either since most of them are not that good. But they better enjoy having a Clark as a teammate while they are there. Her spot-on passes, sold out arenas and charter jets are something they owe her a great deal of gratitude for.
