How long will the real Kyrie Irving last? He is one of the best players in the NBA and his Dallas Mavericks are going to the NBA Finals. Irving has always been a great player. But he hasn't always been such a likable player. In fact, he has bounced from team to team as a bit of a malcontent.
He played a few games during his freshman-one-and-done season at Duke with Mike Krzyzewski and moved on to the NBA where he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers. In 2016 Irving hit the game winning shot for the NBA championship but a year later demanded a trade because he didn't want to be in LeBron James' shadow.
The Cavs dealt him to Boston where he seemed to embrace load management and fighting or ignoring the media. When that didn't work out he signed with the Nets as a free agent. The Nets were supposed to be a dream team with Irving, Kevin Durant and James Harden. Do to injuries, load management and Irving's personal decision to avoid getting a Covid vaccination (not a criticism, just pointing out a fact), this trio did not play many games together. Plus there was the fact that Steve Nash was a first time head coach where Irving said we don't need a coach, or "We're all co-coaches," thus this team was headed for disaster. Nash lost his job and all three players bolted elsewhere.
THE REAL KYRIE IRVING
Ultimately, Irving got traded to the Dallas Mavericks where pundits said Irving could not exist with Luka Doncic. Their first season together they didn't play defense and didn't make the playoffs. But this year they made the playoffs and completed a run through the Western Conference and will play in the NBA Finals. Along the way, Kyrie Irving not only played great but he seems happy and he seems to be getting along with everybody.

Viral Margaritaville At Sea Cruise Only $50 And It Was Awesome
I've always been a girl up for an adventure, so when I saw the viral Margaritaville At Sea cruise for only $50, I had to do it and it was awesome.
I've been talking about going on a cruise for the longest time. I've done a lot of traveling, but my experience in going to other countries has been primarily to all-inclusive resorts. I wanted to try something new and with a variety of ports within just a few hours drive from Fort Myers, I started doing some research and came across a deal I couldn't pass up. Margaritaville At Sea was on sale for $99- Buy One Get One Free. So I called up a friend and she immediately said "Yes!" How do you pass up a weekend getaway to the Bahamas for $50?! Let me tell you, it was the best decision I made so far this year.
The Margaritaville At Sea Cruise Was Only $50?
It was only after I booked the cruise that I went on Tik-Tok and saw the reviews that have gone viral. "Oh no", I thought, "What did I get myself into?" But I also know with reviews that people are more likely to go on and leave negative feedback than positive.
And boy was I right. I had the BEST time. And it was worth way more than what I paid. Now, in total, yes it was more than $50. You have your port fees, taxes, gas, drink package, excursion, etc. But I was all in for just over $400, which you can't get 2 nights at a hotel for that. Not to mention the fact that I got to check out another country for a day!
The Margaritaville At Sea cruise ship leaves from Riviera Beach and goes to Freeport- Grand Bahama. The food was great, with a variety of dining options, the drinks were strong, the casino was fun (and I won!) and the entertainment was wonderful. Highly recommend the Sail Away party and the shows in the theater. There's even a night club if you want to keep the party going all night long.
I was also impressed with the number of excursions to choose from. Everything from laid back city tours to a day at a resort to adventures like swimming with the pigs, zip-lining and ATV's. I went snorkeling and kayaking at Paradise Cove and loved every second of it.
While I don't have another cruise to compare it to, I am definitely already planning on going again. It was such a blast!
They have deals all the time and have cruises from West Palm Beach and soon Tampa. Check out their website here
