It’s like walking into the Wasteland and ordering up a cup at Slocum’s Joe. There’s a Fallout coffee collection and it’s being made right here in Cape Coral, Florida.
The Fallout series on Amazon was a massive success, so much so that a season 2 was ordered up while many were still watching the first. And before that was a series of incredibly successful video games. Fallout 4 is over 8 years old and is still one of the most popular games on Steam (currently ranking higher than COD). As Yogurt once said in Spaceballs “Merchandising, merchandising, where the real money from the movie is made.”
The Fallout Coffee Collection.
I haven’t tried any of the Fallout flavors yet, but Bones Coffee is quite famous in Cape Coral, Florida, so I’ve had their coffee before. And the flavors I have tried are very good. These new coffees are Fallout-themed and there’s also collectible mugs including a Brotherhood Of Steel T-60 Power Armor and one of The Ghoul. Here’s the 3 flavors in the fallout coffee collection.
Atomic Apple
Bones Coffee
The flavor of homemade apple pie to remind you of a simple time with sweet apple, toasty cinnamon, and buttery crust flavors. Feels like Lucy’s wholesome home in the vault.
I love what they did with Lucy in the show. Rather than try to recreate the player from the game (as many do), they created a new character within the Fallout Universe. What’s next for her in the sequel? New Vegas?
Wasteland Crunch
Bones Coffee
It’s a fearless brew that takes the flavor of an old-world chocolate candy bar and drops it straight into your coffee mug. This silky smooth coffee will have you hunting for bounties that even The Ghoul would be jealous of.
The Ghoul has a bit of Fallout 4’s Hancock in him. But he’s a lot more skilled with a gun and values the life of others even less. I look forward to more of him in the sequel.
Valiant Vanilla
Bones Coffee
The vanilla wafers are the hero of this coffee with sweet notes of this classic cookie flavor. Nicely done, Maximus would be proud of your bravery.
There’s a part about Maximus in the show that I didn’t quite follow. *Spoilers ahead* Why did he lie? He could have just said Knight Titus died in battle and he recovered the power armor and brought it back. The armor was damaged, so it’s very believable. I get it, he was scared, but that just seemed a little weird to me.
Fallout Coffee Collection
The Fallout coffees are available from Bones in Cape Coral, Florida. If you’re not here in Southwest Florida, they will ship to you. As I mentioned earlier, I haven’t tried these flavors but I am a fan of their coffee. I’m also a huge fan of Fallout. I’m currently level 75 on Fallout 4 playing Survival Mode and planning to take Billy to Nuka World. That is, if he can make it through The Gauntlet.
