The NFL's best shine through this time of year.  December is crunch time.  Typically, teams that have their act together in December usually do pretty well in January's playoff.  Good, playoff-bound teams that struggle in December usually get bounced pretty early in the post season.  In the AFC, the Baltimore Ravens seem to be separating themselves from the pack as a cut above the rest.  John Harbaugh and his quarterback Lamar Jackson are having a special season.

Meanwhile the NFC race is tightening.  The Philadelphia Eagles dominated the first two-thirds of the season but the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys are charging hard right now.  Not only are they winning but they are blowing people out.

Like we said, pay attention to the teams that are hot in December.  The Ravens, 49ers and Cowboys fit that bill.  The rest of the NFL has been served notice.  In the meantime, let's look back at this past weekend and take note which of the NFL's best shined the most with a quiz on Craig Shemon and Company on ESPN Southwest Florida.
