Florida Football Stadium Up For Best NFL Stadium In The US
They say the NFL is America’s sport and one Florida football stadium is up for best NFL stadium in the US.
It’s hard to believe football season is upon us already. In most parts of the country, the changing weather is the indicator that fall is right around the corner. For us here in Fort Myers, we don’t have that, but we do have a calendar that indicates pre-season is less than a week away. And for some, that first game feels like Christmas. Maybe you’ve already bought tickets to check out a game or holding out for your team to make it to the Super Bowl.
I’m from Chicago, so the Bears are my team. Always have been, always will be. And I can’t wait for 9/17 when the Bears head to Tampa to take on the Buccaneers. I’ve gone the last few years whenever they’ve come to Florida. And while they haven’t won yet, in fact a few games have been downright sad, it’s such a fun time to head to Raymond James Stadium to be a part of the action. Speaking of the Bears, the first game the Bucs played at Raymond James Stadium was against Chicago in September 1998.
Not only is Ray J home to the Bucs, but the stadium has hosted 2 Super Bowl games and many concerts including Taylor Swift.
USA Today had an expert panel nominate 20 NFL stadiums that represent the best in the US. Maybe it’s the pirate ship that intrigues you, the concessions, the seating plan, the prices.. If Raymond James Stadium is your favorite and you’d like to see it crowned Best in the US, you can vote once per day through August 21 here
These Are The Richest NFL Players
To uncover the richest NFL players, Stacker consulted Celebrity Net Worth and ranked them by their 2022 net worth. The net worth figures in this list were calculated using a proprietary formula that factored in all publicly available data about each person, including salaries, real estate holdings, divorces, record sales, royalties, and endorsements—minus estimated taxes, manager’s fees, agent fees, and lifestyle expenses.
Here’s a look at the richest NFL players.
Some are still playing today. Others were drafted in the 1950s and have been retired for decades. Some are known widely among football fans but wouldn’t be familiar to mainstream audiences. Others are household names across the country, even among people who have never watched a game. One person on this list never technically played in the NFL but is the most powerful man in the league today.
All, however, have one thing in common—they’re very, very rich.
