In Southwest Florida, there are lots of Pizza Hut restaurants participating in Spring Break Guest Appreciation Day. Find them in Arcadia, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, LaBelle, Naples and Port Charlotte.

With tax season wrapping up this week, look for more food freebies to both celebrate and possibly ease the pain if you have to pay. For sure ease the pain of getting all of those documents together. If we've heard it once, we've heard it a million times.  There's a day honoring just about everything nowadays.  But hey, we're not complaining about today's food of honor.

According to National Calendar Day, today (February 9th) is National Pizza Day.

Sure, everyone has their favorite local hot spot, toppings of choice and style of crust.
