The New East Naples Publix Will Have A Bar Inside With Wine And Craft Beers
Perhaps taking note of the insanely popular Seed To Table grocery store, Publix is adding a bar to it’s new store on East Trail across from Sugden Park in Naples. The bar in the East Naples Publix will be called “Pours“, and according to Publix, you can “Get a freshly brewed coffee, a glass of wine, or beer that you can sip while you shop. Relax at our bar with on-tap kombucha or a freshly made açai bowl. Or grab a fruit smoothie for the road.”. As far as the drinks, “Love draft beer? Good. We have them in pints or flights. We also have wine, so you can enjoy a glass at our bar or take it with you while you shop. And whether it’s happy hour, Sunday fun day, or anytime, really, you can enjoy a drink at Pours.” I can take a flight with me while I shop? I want this.
According to Florida Weekly, the new Publix is still a few months away from opening and will be located in the Naples Town Centre South at 3815 East Trail. basically across the street from Sugden Park. I’ve seen some of the talk of the ‘Pours’ in store bars from some Tampa locations and I’m definitely ready to see it here in Southwest Florida. My favorite Estero Publix is always gummed up with slow moving retirees. If I had a glass of craft brew to help bide the time, I’d be like, really, take all the time you need to find the right oatmeal. I don’t mind waiting.
