He purchased his winning 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off ticket at RaceTrac, located at 13631 Goldenwood Drive in Fort Myers. The retailer will also receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket. 
That part that jumps out at me is that it's ticket number 11. I usually don't like to play from new stacks and when I see low numbers I quite often pass them up. I should not be doing that anymore. Congratulations Phil! friend request sent.
