Florida COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration Site Launches

Are Flu Shots Safe To Get During The Coronavirus Pandemic?

You can now pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine appointments online.

However, to pre-register you have to be eligible for the vaccine as outlined in Florida’s Executive Order:

  • Long-term care facility residents and staff;
  • Persons 65 years of age and older; and
  • Health care personnel with direct patient contact

According to the state website:

COVID-19 vaccines continue to arrive in Florida in extremely limited supply. As we await additional vaccine supply from the Federal Government, we urge currently eligible Florida residents to save their place in line by pre-registering today.

Once you have signed up and “reserved your place in line” they say the state will be in contact with you when appointments become available at state-supported vaccination sites.

If you do not meet the requirements listed above of those who eligible for a vaccine at this time, you can sign up to receive updates on when you may be eligible to receive the vaccine.
