Each week we bring you two moments, one of epic success, someone who absolutely nailed it! And another of an epic failure, someone who totally failed it. This week for the Failed It we visit a Brazilian soccer star named Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior. Known more commonly as just Neymar, the soccer star was on stream this past weekend and got scared senseless by his friend.
Scared Senseless
Neymar is a Brazilian soccer star and a successful Twitch streamer as well. He has over 850,000 followers on his channel. He plays everything FIFA to CS:GO and is no slouch when it comes to his gaming skills. Due to an injury, Neymar has been sidelined from play and spending plenty of time with his Twitch followers. Since last weekend was the end of the spooky Halloween season, he was playing a scary game on stream. The game is called Sign of Silence and is a co-op Survival Horror Game.
Anyone who has ever played a Survival game, let alone a Horror game, knows how immersed you can get. From the unsettling atmosphere to the chilling vibes the music can cause. Most people are in a constant state of fear and dread, even when nothing is happening on screen. Neymar as well, was constantly on edge as he played Signs of Silence. He was so focused on the game he didn't hear his friend in a spooky mask approaching from behind him.
His friend doesn't even have to do anything! He just sits and waits until Neymar notices something is wrong with his own camera. When he finally sees, he jumps out of his chair, and let's fly a few expletives in Portuguese.
