Michael Jordan is dipping his toe into the NASCAR world - or at least the video game version.

The basketball legend designed a racer for his friend Denny Hamlin's eNASCAR team, decorated with Jordan's #23 and his iconic 'Jumpman' logo.

Asked if virtual racers deserve the same recognition as their real-life counterparts, Hamlin said they're "honestly really good at what they do" and that the iRacing series "is growing our sport".

Do you ever watch e-sports competitions? Will they ever be as popular as 'real' sports?
