Should the NFL's 'flex scheduling' be added to Monday Night Football? The league appears to be looking into it.
While the league currently has the option to 'flex' late-season games into the Sunday Night Football slot, the Monday Night schedule is set in stone.
But the NFL has reportedly reached out to teams about the idea, asking how much advance notice they'd need to change a Monday night game to Sunday.
The league's current MNF television deal with ESPN is set to expire after the 2021 season.
