Chargers running back Melvin Gordon is holding out of training camp in the hopes of signing a new contract extension. Now it sounds like he wants out of L.A. entirely.
Gordon's agent has reportedly requested a trade after the team refused to budge on a new contract. However, Chargers GM Tom Telesco has not given Gordon's camp permission to seek out potential trade partners.
The Chargers have reportedly offered Gordon a contract worth around $10 million per season. But Gordon wants a deal closer to the 4-year, $60 million contract Todd Gurley signed last year.
